From the estimated ETA DATE listed on the website , it takes approximately 7 working days for the items to reach us from suppliers. Once received, we need about 2 working days to package and dispatch your order.

If items are unavailable or damaged, we’ll notify you via email, and you can opt for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
